Ingesting Cacao can be a simple daily ritual, or it can be done for the purposes of transformative journeys. When I offer cacao to others, I am mindful to do so through honouring the traditional ways in which Mama Cacao has been revered in South American cultures for thousands of years.
As we Westerners have been graced with access to this powerful healing plant medicine, it is right that we dedicate proper time and space to really listen to her message, and let her healing magic move through our body/mind.
In this ceremony…
We will open and close the space in a respectful way, inviting the ancestral, animal, seasonal, and energetic essences to support and protect us as we imbibe a ceremonial dose of cacao.

June being the Gemini Full Moon, we invoke greater purpose to our life paths by getting clear about our soul’s desires, and getting aligned with those nudges we feel. This is the perfect time to acknowledge any situations, behaviours, or unfulfilled dreams that have lost their mojo, shake them off, and step into directions that will energise and inspire you to move forward. This is attuning to the energy of our theme, ‘Aligned Purpose’.
You will then be guided on a Shamanic journey accompanied by the sound of the beating drum.
Through this journey, we step into the super-conscious realm, connect with a beloved Spirit Guide, to the Cosmos/Sky, and open to insights that signal guidance and offer gifts to support our work, travels, and creative movements here on Earth.
Vocals and songs are used as a way to create a special atmosphere for you to be deep within yourself and your personal journey.
Movement, dance, collective song, and sharing are all part of this experience.
Please note that the drumming is continuous for many parts of the ceremony, so if you have sensitivity to sound, you may bring ear plugs in order to receive the vibrations physically.
Likewise, drinking cacao is optional, and an alternative can be provided for you - please mention upon booking.
Whether you have a spiritual practice and connections to particular guides, or this is all brand new to you, you are very welcome to bring items or talismans that help you connect you to the wisdom of wise or loving beings. They can be placed on the altar to generate the communal power we share in person and beyond.
